The participant’s registration fee includes attendance in the scientific programme, coffee and lunch on the congress days, congress bag, congress app, acces to live stream of all sessions, as well as the Welcome reception on 19 August.
Please note that congress extras, e.g. excursions, printed version of the program, t-shirts cost extra.
Tickets for the congress dinner will cost 25-30 EUR for students and 40-50 EUR for regular participants (dinner tickets after the early-bird registration deadline 50 EUR and tickets on-site 60 EUR).

The accompanying person’s registration fee includes coffee and lunch on the congress days, as well as the Welcome reception on 19 August and the Congress Dinner on 24 August (pre-registration is required through ESEB Extras registration form).

ESEB Extras registration form:
Please use this registration form in order to register for the ESEB excursions, as well as for the congress dinner (if not booked already through the congress registration form). On this form you can also register your accompanying person, buy the congress t-shirt in advance or book childcare if travelling with a child/children.
Please note! Before booking the excursions, please read carefully the descriptions and details on the congress website!
1. Credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard)
From the online registration form, you will be forwarded to PAYTRAIL for electronic payment. No transaction fee.
2. PDF Invoice
A PDF invoice will be sent to your e-mail after you have submitted your registration. A transaction fee of 10 EUR will be added.
3. E-invoice (for Finnish payments only)
An e-invoice will be sent to the given e-invoicing address. A transaction fee of 10 EUR will be added.
Please make sure to give the correct invoicing address. An extra invoicing charge of 5 EUR will be added in case a new invoice is processed (revised PDF or e-invoice due to wrong address, or otherwise modified).
All payments must be made in euros (EUR).
Please note that the meeting participants are not covered by any insurance (travel, medical, accident or liability) taken by the Meeting Organisers. The Meeting Organisers cannot accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by any participant or accompanying person or another person during travel to and from the meeting or during the meeting. Participants are advised to consider purchasing their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions.
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (email) to firstname.lastname@example.org before 18 July 2019. A processing fee of EUR 50 will be deducted from all refunds. No fees will be refunded after 18 July 2019. Payments of EUR 30 and under will not be refunded.
In the event that the meeting (or excursion) is cancelled by the Meeting Organisers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the Meeting Organisers, the registration fee shall be refunded in full. The liability of the Meeting Organiser shall be limited to that refund.
